Documents of Permission
For congress participation, congress invitation letters, which are requested to give institutions, will be sent the one who would like to participate in through Congress Organization Committee
We kindly request in terms of security from all the participants and companies to put their name tags while the entrance of congress center, scientific sessions, booth area and social programs.
Our congress is credited by Turkish Medical Association as “Continuing Medical Education” (CME). You may log in with your name and password via Turkish Medical Association to choose your credits. Do not forget to scan your TMA cards in our registration desk.
For cancellations until 31st of January, 2019 %50 percentages of registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. There will be no refund in cancellation after this date. All refunds will be submitted after the end of the congress.
Congress Information and Registration Desk Working Hours

Participation Certificate will be started to submit on 21st of April, 2019 to all the participants. Please, participants, who will leave before this date, necessarily submit their addresses to information desk or give written authorization to someone to take a certificate.
Identity Card to enter TRNC People who are citizen of TR may enter TRNC to make visit. Flight journey will be carried out by international arrivals terminal with passport or identity card. People who go out with their passport and enter TRNC with their passport may have visa problem with Greece entrance because their passport will be stamped. While entering with the identity card, document given by customs police must be kept because there is an obligation to show this document in arrival and departure.
All the GSM Operators from Turkey can be used in TRNC. However, it should be opened to abroad phone calls to make call. That is why, we kindly recommend you to call your operator to receive confirmation before your journey.
In the case that one of the parents comes with their children who is under 18 years old, there is an obligation for the other parent to get deed of consent from any notary. Children under 18 years old who do not have deed of consent will not be allowed to go out from country by passport police.
There will be entrance and exit from international terminal to TRNC.
